Come on don't Monopolise the Arm Chair, get up and plan a visit to another London AMD Council in October.

With 4 of the 11 councils in the District of London having scheduled meetings in October there are plenty to choose from. So why not take a Chance and make a visit to one of them,  either to take a degree or simply to make new friends amongst the AMD councils of London. Registering to visit a council is easy via the AMD website as detailed below.

So Pass GO, go up Pall Mall to Mark Masons Hall and have fun visiting the AMD Community.

Also continuing in October is the District of London Council of Improvement, which we would encourage you all to try and attend, not only to improve your ritual but also to assist less experienced brethren too. More information on the Council of Improvement and the schedule can be found here.

Register your Visit

The AMD website makes it simple to book to attend a meeting. Either follow the instructions below or click on the links above to register your visit.

Simply go to www.amdlondon.org, there on the home page on the right hand side you will see a list of up and coming meetings. For each meeting there is a small icon which if you move your cursor over it will show the degrees being worked at that meeting. If you wish to attend then click on the name of the council. This will then display the meeting page for that council’s meeting. At the top click on “I would like to visit”, this will present you with a form to complete. Enter your details as requested (N.B. The Council Name & Number box is your mother council NOT the council you wish to visit). Indicate if you wish to dine and the reason for your visit (social or to take a degree). If you wish to take a degree please indicate which degree in the notes box. Also if you intend to dine and have any dietary requirements then please also indicate these in the notes box.

Finally check the “I’m not a robot” box and click REGISTER.

You will receive a confirming email and the secretary of the council will also receive an email notifying him of your visit.
