Autumn Online Event 2020

This years Autumn Event will be a Virtual affair via Zoom on Thursday 5th November at 7pm.

The Profumo Affair - a political scandal that ended the career of John Profumo (Secretary of State for War) and which ultimately toppled Harold Macmillan's Conservative government - has been the subject a many column inches, films, documentaries and even songs. Our speaker, Terry Johnson, was a police officer stationed at Marylebone in 1962 and witnessed much of what happened.
