A Christmas message from the District Grand Prefect for London

Dear brethren of London District, we are well within the Christmas period and now, more than ever, our thoughts and actions are very much focused on our families and friends. I would like to add to the happy and generous spirit which is with us now by wishing you and those nearest and dearest to you a very Happy Christmas and a healthy and safe New Year.

Our Masonic tradition equips us very well to think of others and care and support those in need and we practise this every day throughout the year in some way – big or small, and, whether we see it or not, it always makes a difference to somebody. At this time of year the most obvious problem is loneliness. I would ask you all to make a small difference, in whatever way you can, if you know someone who is alone or lonely at Christmas.

Best wishes to you all and I look forward to meeting with you all during the year.

“Happy Christmas”

R.W. Bro. Colin Woodcock MBE
